Privacy policy

What we collect

When you apply for an audit or request an assessment, we collect what you type into the form:

• Your name, email address, phone number, job title, business name, and website
• Answers about your business, such as industry, revenue range, team size, tools, and the work you want to improve
• The time you book, your time zone, and whether you asked for an NDA

What we collect automatically

When you first visit, your browser stores which page you landed on, the site that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source). This is saved in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and is sent to us only if you submit a form.

We store a salted hash of your IP address, which cannot be turned back into the address, to stop spam. We never store the address itself.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

How we measure our application

On our application pages we record which screens you view, which answers you tap, when you go back, and when you leave, so we can see where the application is confusing or too long. We record the answers you choose from a list, never what you type into a text box.

To count visitors without cookies, your browser stores a random ID in local storage for 90 days. It contains nothing about you. If you follow our link to Demarly, we pass that random ID along so the two sites can count referrals, never your name or email.

These records stay in our own database. We use no advertising or tracking scripts from third parties. Raw records are deleted after 180 days and kept after that only as daily totals.

Your name, email, and phone number are saved when you continue past the contact screen, even if you do not finish the application, so we can follow up once about the call you started booking.

Why we use it

We use your information only to prepare for your call, run it, send your roadmap or assessment results, and follow up about the work you asked about. We may send you booking confirmations, a reminder the day before your call, and one reminder to pick a time if you applied but did not book.

We never sell your information and never share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it for us

These companies store or process information on our behalf, only to run this site:

• Vercel, which hosts the website
• Supabase, which stores applications and bookings
• Google, which runs our email, calendar, and Google Meet

How long we keep it

We keep applications for 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep them for the length of the engagement and as required by law. Unfinished applications are deleted after 90 days.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email evan@mantlet.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on this page for at least 30 days.
